In submitting an application for the Titanium Level Sponsorship, the applicant and the Sponsor are agreeing to comply with the below terms and conditions:
- All payments are final, no refunds.
- Events are a rain or shine even, unless otherwise specified.
- The City of Chamblee does not guarantee exclusivity of products and/or services at any events.
- The City of Chamblee and its employees and agents shall not be responsible for loss, damage, third-party damages, claims or loss to property, persons, or vessels, injury to exhibitors, their employees, invitees, guests or visitors within the confines of the booth space contracted by Sponsor.
- The City of Chamblee will provide one 10 x 10 tent, a table, and 2 chairs for each sponsor. Any additional materials needed must be brought by sponsor.
- Sponsors who do not set up on schedule may have their designated space changed or occupied by another Sponsor at the discretion of Event Management.
- Sponsors are responsible for maintaining acceptable standards of sanitation and disposing of trash into appropriate receptacles. A $100 cleaning fee will be issued, if left in an inappropriate level of cleanliness.
- Any damage or loss to equipment supplied by Event Management will be billed directly to the Sponsor within 30 business days of the event.
- Tent décor should be in good taste. Event Management shall be the final judge as to what constitutes good taste and has the authority to require removal or modification of any display.
- No vehicles will be permitted on site during event hours. Cars must remain outside of venue parameters until after the event ends and crowds clear.
- By submitting this application, the applicant and Sponsor certify that they hold authority to approve the aforementioned terms and agreements.
