Gold Ultimate Event Sponsor | $7500

As a Gold Ultimate Sponsor, you will be considered a top-level sponsor for ALL 2024 Community Events. You’ll receive all deliverables for each event laid out in this packet. The Gold Ultimate Sponsorship gives you a $1000 savings.

In submitting an application for Sponsorship for a Milton Community Event, the Sponsor agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions: 1. All payments are final, no refunds. 2. All events are rain or shine unless dangerous weather occurs. 3. Sponsorships are non-exclusive. All businesses and organizations are welcome to apply. 4. If providing a booth at any event, the Sponsor is responsible for providing the entire booth set-up. This includes but is not limited to tent, table, chairs, and décor. The City of Milton is not responsible for providing any booth supplies unless otherwise agreed upon . 5. The booth space given will occupy a 10’x10’ space unless otherwise agreed upon. Booth décor should be in good taste. City of Milton Staff has the authority to require removal or modification of any display. 6. All Sponsors are required to set-up on schedule. Event Management reserves the right to change or select another Exhibitor to occupy the space if the Exhibitor does not abide by the event schedule. 7. Sponsor acknowledges that participation as a sponsor and/or donor with the City does not confer any special consideration or benefit from the City regarding any other activity such Sponsor and/or Donor may be engaged in, presently or in the future, with the City. 8. Sponsor will assume all responsibility for, and risks and hazards of, participation in the activity planned by your group. In considerations of the City of Milton providing permission to use the space requested, you, and all members of your group, do hereby release the City of Milton, including all officials, officers, employees, sponsors, organizers, supervisors, volunteers, participants and agents (collectively the “releasees”), of any and all claims, demands and causes of action of whatever kind and nature, to include any and all bodily or personal injuries, damage to property, and any other damages or injuries, whether foreseen or unforeseen, resulting from or related to participation in the rental activity planned in the City of Milton, and all members of your group also agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the releasees from all claims for bodily and personal injuries, damage to property, and the consequences thereof arising out of you or your group’s joint or several negligence or willful conduct, to include that of your agents, servants or workmen.
