- Corporate logo included on official t-shirts given to all volunteers, staff, and board
members worn during the festival.
- Full inclusion in our entire marketing campaign to include but not limited to: event posters, banners, top scroll on the homepage of the festival website, Facebook event header, etc.
- One monthly organic post highlighting your business through festival social media
accounts: Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The sponsor must provide graphics, verbiage, photos, and/or hashtags for the post(s).
- The corporate logo is included on the Festival Sponsors page on the festival website with a direct link to the sponsor’s web address.
- Sponsor names, booth locations, promotional giveaways, and raffles are announced regularly between performances on the Festival Park main stage. The sponsor must provide information regarding promotional giveaways and raffles.
- Four banner placements within the festival footprint, including one on the Festival Park stage. DWF will provide the stage banner, but the banner is to be designed and submitted by the Sponsor by March 15, 2023. The sponsor offers the remaining banners. DWF staff will install within the footprint and in high-traffic areas.
- Ten passes for the VIP Tent per night.
- Ten invitations to Media Night.
- Six tickets to Cork & Fork, a premier food and wine event.
- Ten Fayetteville Dogwood Festival t-shirts.
- One commemorative framed poster.
- Flexible-sized exhibitor space at least 10’ x 20’. Space can be larger and negotiated for sponsor needs. Tent(s), table(s), and chairs provided by the DWF.
- The sponsor will be placed on the Festival Park Plaza Promenade unless otherwise discussed.
- Passes are for ages 21 and over. No exceptions. Adult-only event.
- To be recognized at Media Night, sponsorship agreements must be received by the DWF office by February 1, 2025.
- If you are bringing a supporting vehicle/trailer, this MUST be approved by the DWF at the time of the agreement signing. Vehicles are not permitted on the promenade.
