VENDORS SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

The Love & Passion Pop Up Shop Party, presented by North Atlanta Events and FREE FUN KIDZ ZONE sponsored by Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta 501.c3 nonprofit organization, is a premier local marketplace celebrating love, creativity, and community. This festive event will feature a curated selection of local vendors, artisans, and small businesses offering unique Valentine’s Day gifts, crafts, and treats. Guests will enjoy music, family-friendly activities, and delicious food from local favorites with a welcoming atmosphere and a focus on supporting local talent. The market aims to attract a diverse audience and foster community connections. This is an excellent opportunity for sponsors to gain visibility and connect with a passionate, engaged audience.

Eligibility: Sponsorship opportunities are open to individuals, businesses, and organizations that align with the values and objectives of the Love and Passion Pop Up Shop Party with the FREE FUN KIDZ ZONE sponsored by Xtreme Dreams Foundation of ATLANTA 501.c3 nonprofit organization. Sponsors must submit all required documentation and payment to secure their spot. Sponsorship Benefits: Benefits provided to sponsors will be outlined in the sponsorship package. These may include logo placement, on-site branding, and promotional mentions. Specific benefits are contingent upon the sponsorship level selected. Payment Terms: Full payment is required within the timeframe specified in the sponsorship agreement to confirm participation. Payments are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation (see section 5). Use of Branding: Sponsors must provide high-quality logos and materials by the deadline for inclusion in promotional content. The event organizers reserve the right to approve or deny materials based on appropriateness and alignment with event branding. Event Changes and Cancellation: Organizers reserve the right to modify the event date, time, or location. Sponsors will be notified promptly of any changes. In the event of cancellation, sponsors will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their sponsorship to a rescheduled event. Code of Conduct: Sponsors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and in a manner that reflects positively on the event. Any breach of conduct may result in removal from the event without refund. Liability: Sponsors assume responsibility for any damage or liability arising from their participation. Event organizers are not liable for theft, loss, or damage of sponsor materials. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions). Agreement Acceptance: By submitting a sponsorship application and payment, sponsors agree to these terms and conditions. This does not guarantee traffic to your specific business but it does create awareness.
