Are you interested in participating as a vendor but unable to attend this time? You are welcome to contribute marketing materials or samples for my upcoming event, Centered and Sexy Bourbon Nights. Should you decide to partake in this opportunity, I kindly request that you provide items for 100 bags. Please be informed that there is a fee of $25.00 associated with this participation. I'm requesting that the materials be submitted by May 31st. Furthermore, I ask that all items be non-perishable and non-breakable. I appreciate your consideration of this opportunity to promote your brand at Centered and Sexy Bourbon Nights.

Please be advised of the ensuing particulars concerning registration as a swag bag vendor for the "Centered & Sexy Bourbon Nights Pop Up," slated for Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Center Stage Events, 2455 Heritage Village, Suite 11, Snellville, GA 30078. This document serves as a formal agreement regarding your participation as a swag bag vendor. You shall be accountable for supplying your business marketing materials and/or samples for inclusion in up to 100 bags. It is imperative that you ensure the delivery of these items to me by May 31st. Failure to provide the items by this deadline will result in the non-acceptance of your materials, and you will forfeit your paid fee. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other conditions beyond our control, the "Centered & Sexy Bourbon Nights" event will be rescheduled to a subsequent date. If the event is canceled by Centered and Sexy, LLC, this contract shall be rendered null and void, and a full refund will be issued. Small business vendors are hereby permitted to employ the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials related to the "Centered & Sexy Bourbon Nights." The submission of your application signifies your agreement and consent to these terms.
