Acceptance of Sponsorship Applications: We will accept sponsorship applications from interested parties on a rolling basis. However, we reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
Application Requirements: To be considered for sponsorship, applicants must provide a completed application form and any other materials or information requested by us.
Sponsorship Package: The sponsorship package will be tailored to the event's and the sponsor's specific needs. We will work with sponsors to determine the appropriate level of sponsorship and the corresponding benefits.
Payment: Sponsors must pay the total sponsorship amount prior to the start of the event. Payment can be made via check, wire transfer, or credit card.
Cancellation: If a sponsor cancels their sponsorship, they will not receive a refund of any amount paid. In addition, the sponsor may be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the cancellation.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the sponsorship agreement at any time, with or without cause.
Promotion: By accepting sponsorship, sponsors grant us permission to use their name, logo, and any other identifying information in promotional materials related to the event.
Indemnification: Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from their sponsorship of the event.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event is held.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written.
