Stone Ridge Event Sponsorship - Onyx

For all sponsored events, Stone Ridge Association is responsible for the management of all functions and will manage all arrangements with other suppliers, as necessary. Stone Ridge Association will collaborate with sponsors to coordinate their sponsored function. All sponsors must submit a current company logo and company description no later than 60 days prior to the event. The logo must be in a high-resolution electronic format (jpeg. png or eps format the best). The logos shall always remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the sponsor company; and shall be used by Stone Ridge Association in a professional manner to signify the sponsor's support of Stone Ridge events and events program. Logo shall not be revised or altered in anyway by Stone Ridge Association without permission. Use of the logos shall create no rights for Stone Ridge Association beyond the terms and conditions of this limited license. Company logo and company description should be sent to Ebony Sparkes the Events Manager at esparkes@stoneridgehoa.org. A payment plan can be arranged, please contact Ebony for payment options. If not paying in full, a 50% payment is required at the signing of this agreement and is non refundable to secure sponsorship. The remaining balance of Sponsorship fee is due in full no later than 60 days prior to the event. If balance remains unpaid, the Association reserves the right to withhold sponsorship benefits but will collaborate with sponsor to reassign to another event. There are no refunds given on sponsorships. Stone Ridge Association reserves the right to decline any sponsorship opportunities for any reason including level exclusivity and if applicable; previous sponsorship commitment not met.
