This Agreement will remain in effect through June 30th, 2025 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The Chamber will ensure that the Sponsor receives the agreed-upon benefits as outlined above. Any unforeseen changes to the benefits due to event logistics or other circumstances will be communicated promptly to the Sponsor.
