Parking instructions
There is ample free parking available just outside the Heather Farms Community Center as well as across the street of North San Carlos Way. Please do not park in the roundabout. Parking on weekends may fill up fast, but there are various parking lots within walking distance.

1:30 PM | Past Life Regression Group Session
You'll be guided to regress through deep relaxation & hypnosis to a prior lifetime. This safe journey includes a past life in utero, end of life (if you wish); and explore messages from your higher self & guides that provide healing and insight. Post session you're welcome to journal & share your experience with fellow participants.

3:00PM | How to Manifest When Hope Feels Scary
Do anxiety, fear, imposter syndrome, or other challenging emotions arise when you try to do manifestation work? If negative emotions are blocking you from calling in better possibilities, this workshop is for you. We'll do manifestation work that meets your emotional & nervous system exactly where they are and give you strategies to keep moving forward.

Thank you for your interest in joining the Spiritual WTF?! Experience on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Unity of Walnut Creek! We're excited to have you join the WTF community and help heal and vibe up! Please review everything below before submitting your application.
Reservation Process
To reserve your booth, complete the vendor application and provide all required details. Please note, a valid credit card must be added during the application process.
If approved, you will be sent approval notification via email and payment will be charged to your card on file. You may request a specific booth that is available, however, it is not guaranteed. Booths are first come first serve only and will not be held without payment.
Please review the following guidelines carefully before submitting your request:
- Outdoor Event: This event is fully outdoors, with most booths located on grass or dirt areas. Please note that the terrain, especially near the children’s playground, may be uneven or primarily dirt. It may be cold so plan accordingly.
- Open Space Setup: Booth spaces do not include pipe, drape, or any type of space divider. Vendors are responsible for bringing any setup materials they may need. This is a rain or shine event.
- Reader Approval Process: To ensure quality and integrity, all new readers are required to complete a 10-15 minute sample reading as part of the approval process.
- Payment Terms: Once your booth is approved, your card on file will automatically be charged.
- Electricity is limited or may not be available. See floor plan for details.
- Smaller 5'x6' booth cannot accommodate Reiki or massage tables.
- Vendors will be notified via email of the approval decision.
Please note: This is an electronic agreement and submitting your application you are validating and approving to this agreement, your booth/application fees & any additional fees that occurred.

Terms & Conditions
By attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all participants.
1. General Admission
Admission: The event is free to attend. Experience Workshops are available for an additional fee, starting at $35.
Tickets: Paid tickets for Experience Workshops are refundable or transferable up until the event date, as stated in our FAQs.
Age Restrictions: The event is open to individuals of all ages; however, some workshops may have age restrictions.
2. Code of Conduct
Behavior: Attendees must behave respectfully toward all participants, vendors, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Solicitation: Unauthorized solicitation or distribution of materials is prohibited unless pre-approved by event organizers.
3. Liability and Safety
Assumption of Risk: Attendees participate at their own risk. The organizers and venue are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the event.
Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for their belongings. Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of the organizers.
Compliance: Attendees must follow all venue safety guidelines, including fire codes, accessibility regulations, and instructions from staff.
4. Event Changes
Schedule: The event schedule, speakers, and workshops are subject to change without prior notice. Organizers will make every effort to communicate updates promptly.
Cancellations: In the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or other emergencies, the event may be postponed or canceled. Refund policies for such instances will be communicated separately.
5. Media Release
Consent: By attending, you consent to photography, video recording, and other media capturing your likeness for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform event staff upon arrival.
Recording: Personal recording of workshops or talks is prohibited without prior written approval from the organizer.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Workshop Tickets: Tickets for Experience Workshops are refundable or transferable up until the event date, as detailed in our FAQs.
No-Shows: Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the event date.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event of event cancellation by the organizers, attendees will be notified, and refund policies will be communicated.
7. Workshops and Activities
Additional Fees: Experience Workshops require additional fees, starting at $35. Participation is not guaranteed without prior booking.
Facilitator Instructions: Attendees must follow all instructions provided by facilitators to ensure a safe and respectful experience for all participants.
8. Vendors and Purchases
Independent Vendors: Vendors at the event operate independently. The organizers are not responsible for transactions, products, or services provided by vendors.
Issue Resolution: Attendees are encouraged to resolve any issues with vendors directly.
9. Prohibited Items
Restrictions: Weapons, illegal substances, and any items deemed unsafe or disruptive are prohibited.
Inspections: The organizers reserve the right to inspect bags or personal items upon entry.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By attending the Spiritual WTF?! Experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without a refund.
