By attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all participants. 1. General Admission Admission: The event is free to attend. Experience Workshops are available for an additional fee, starting at $35. Tickets: Paid tickets for Experience Workshops are refundable or transferable up until the event date, as stated in our FAQs. Age Restrictions: The event is open to individuals of all ages; however, some workshops may have age restrictions. 2. Code of Conduct Behavior: Attendees must behave respectfully toward all participants, vendors, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund. Solicitation: Unauthorized solicitation or distribution of materials is prohibited unless pre-approved by event organizers. 3. Liability and Safety Assumption of Risk: Attendees participate at their own risk. The organizers and venue are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the event. Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for their belongings. Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of the organizers. Compliance: Attendees must follow all venue safety guidelines, including fire codes, accessibility regulations, and instructions from staff. 4. Event Changes Schedule: The event schedule, speakers, and workshops are subject to change without prior notice. Organizers will make every effort to communicate updates promptly. Cancellations: In the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or other emergencies, the event may be postponed or canceled. Refund policies for such instances will be communicated separately. 5. Media Release Consent: By attending, you consent to photography, video recording, and other media capturing your likeness for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform event staff upon arrival. Recording: Personal recording of workshops or talks is prohibited without prior written approval from the organizer. 6. Refund and Cancellation Policy Workshop Tickets: Tickets for Experience Workshops are refundable or transferable up until the event date, as detailed in our FAQs. No-Shows: Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the event date. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event of event cancellation by the organizers, attendees will be notified, and refund policies will be communicated. 7. Workshops and Activities Additional Fees: Experience Workshops require additional fees, starting at $35. Participation is not guaranteed without prior booking. Facilitator Instructions: Attendees must follow all instructions provided by facilitators to ensure a safe and respectful experience for all participants. 8. Vendors and Purchases Independent Vendors: Vendors at the event operate independently. The organizers are not responsible for transactions, products, or services provided by vendors. Issue Resolution: Attendees are encouraged to resolve any issues with vendors directly. 9. Prohibited Items Restrictions: Weapons, illegal substances, and any items deemed unsafe or disruptive are prohibited. Inspections: The organizers reserve the right to inspect bags or personal items upon entry. 10. Acceptance of Terms By attending the Spiritual WTF?!
