
Food Vendors wanted! We are looking for a variety of meal and treat options to provide our attendees at this year's So IN Pride Festival. We have limited the number of vendors to create an optimal experience for you and our festival-goers.

Registration status will be provided within one week of application submission. You will not be charged the registration fees until it's confirmed that your application has been approved.

- The 2025 Southern Indiana Pride Festival takes place on Saturday, June 7th, 2025 from 4:00-10:00 PM at Big Four Station in Jeffersonville.
- Food trucks must be open for the entirety of the festival.
- Food trucks must have their own source of electricity.
- Food vendors must provide proof of liability insurance (see linked form) per City of Jeffersonville requirements.
- Food vendors must obtain all necessary health permits from the Clark County Health Department prior to the 2025 Southern Indiana Pride Festival and be able to provide proof, if requested.
- Vendor must submit a copy of COI in order to be approved.
On June 7th, 2025, at Big Four Station in Jeffersonville, we will host visitors and businesses from all over Southern Indiana, Louisville, and surrounding communities at our annual Southern Indiana Pride Festival. We look forward to your partnership and participation!
