Calling all local art and craft vendors! The Avant-Garde Art & Craft Show is seeking local vendors to showcase and sell handmade items this spring! The 2025 Solon Spring & Shop Handmade Market will be held at the Solon Recreation Center and feature a selection of unique and one-of-a-kind items.
Be sure to submit your completed Application and Show Contract, along with your fee, as soon as possible to guarantee your space at this year’s event. Space is limited; vendors will be given priority on a first-come, first-serve basis based upon review of work.
All of our Avant-Garde Art & Craft Shows are promoted heavily through advertising in local papers, online event listings, our web site/blog, outdoor advertising, and social media (links can be found on bottom of the page!)

Single Booth (10x10 Size): $150.00
Premium Single Lobby Space- (10x5 Size)- $150.00
Premium Single Lobby Space (6ft Table Size)-: $150.00
Premium Single Hall Space (6ft Table Size)- $150.00
Single Booth (10x5 Size)- $135.00
Single Booth (6ft Table Size) -: $125.00
Food Truck Space: $125.00
Vendors are to provide their own entire setup including tables and chairs. All displays and must fit in the allotted space. If you go outside your space size purchase, you will be asked to remove items.
Deadline to register for this event is either till we are full, or the Friday prior to the event, whichever happens first.

If you require more than one space, please feel free to register for multiple booths. Each additional space is an additional fee as outlined above.
No Wall Space
We do not take space requests for wall spaces. Since this venue only has limited wall space, please do not write requests down for wall spaces for this show. Plan to be able to setup on a wall or non-wall space. Again, please NO REQUESTS.
FOOD:
We are working to recruit food trucks and/or a concessions vendor that will be on site for this show. We plan to have one on site.
CHECK-IN & CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE:
We require check-in on show days. Check-in may be satisfied by showing a copy of your confirmation email (for those who registered with our previous system) or by scanning your QR code that will be supplied via checkout through registering here. A signed contract and payment must be on file before check-in will be complete.
