This BBQ contest is more of an event than a BBQ contest. There will be a judge’s choice and a people’s choice winner, with a trophy and a few small cash prizes. The public will purchase an all you can sample wristbands for a $25 donation to #scneedshelp. You will serve your sample in 3oz portion cups.
