Shop Black Fest 2025 will feature events in Memphis, Chicago, Atlanta, Birmingham, Huntsville, and Nashville.

 

Festival Tour Dates:  

- April 12, 2025 - Memphis, TN  

- May 10, 2025 - Huntsville, AL  

- June 14, 2025 - Atlanta, GA  

- July 12, 2025 - Chicago, IL  

- August 9, 2025 - Virtual Event  

- September 13, 2025 - Birmingham, AL  

- November 29-30, 2025 - Nashville, TN (2-day event)

 

All events are outdoor, except the Nashville event in November.

Early Bird Price Lock-In Instructions:  

Sign up now to lock in the Early Bird pricing for up to 8 events. (Note: The Nashville event is 2 days.)  

 

You will not receive a voucher or discount code immediately. Once the application process opens in January, you will receive a voucher or code to complete your booth registration at the locked-in Early Bird rate.  

 

Booth Selection: When applications open in January, vendors will select their booth from a vendor map. Booths will be pre-assigned based on these selections.  

 

Payment now is only for locking in the price. You will apply for booth approval in January. Booth approval is not guaranteed at this stage. (EACH CITY REQUIRES ITS OWN PAYMENT)

Rules and Requirements:  

MLMs and Network Marketing: MLMs (e.g., Avon, Paparazzi, Mary Kay) are allowed, but only one MLM company will be approved per event.  

 

Food + Drink Vendors: Must be licensed and insured (No Exceptions).  

 

Electricity: Available at select events. Generators are recommended if needed.  

 

Booth Sharing: Not allowed between vendors.

Setup Instructions:  

- Vendors must arrive on time for setup. Late arrivals will lose their booth space.  

 

- Leaving early will result in being fined $50.

- Your own table, chairs, and equipment.  

- Tent and tent weights.

- Generator if you need electricity, as outlets may not be available.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

 

1. How does Early Bird pricing work?  

   By submitting your payment now, you are locking in the Early Bird rate. In January, when the application process opens, you will receive a voucher or discount code to officially register and select your booth on the vendor map.

 

2. When will I receive my voucher or discount code?  

   You will receive the discount code when the application process begins in January 2025.

 

3. Does submitting payment guarantee me a booth?  

   No, submitting payment now locks in the Early Bird price, but booth approval will only be confirmed once the application process begins in January. At that time, your application will be reviewed, and booths will be assigned.

 

4. What happens if I miss an event?  

   If you need to miss an event, you can pay a $75 date change fee to switch to another Shop Black Fest event within the same calendar year, subject to availability.

 

5. Is the payment for the whole tour or just one city?

  Each city requires its own payment. If you would like to sign up for the whole tour, change the quantity to 8 on the checkout page.

Terms and Conditions for Shop Black Fest 2025 These terms and conditions apply to all attendees, vendors, staff, and participants involved in Shop Black Fest 2025. By attending or participating in the festival, you agree to the following: 1. Event Dates and Locations: All event dates and locations are finalized but may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of changes, registered participants and vendors will be notified as early as possible. Shop Black Fest will take place across multiple cities, including Memphis, Huntsville, Atlanta, Chicago, Birmingham, and Nashville, between April 12, 2025, and November 30, 2025. Events will take place rain or shine, except in cases of severe inclement weather where the safety of participants and attendees is at risk. In such cases, the event will be rescheduled, and registered vendors/attendees will be informed of the new date. 2. Ticket and Vendor Booth Purchase: Early bird pricing is available on a tiered system as follows: $75 from 10/1/2024 to 10/15/2024, $90 from 10/16/2024 to 10/31/2024, $110 from 11/1/2024 to 11/30/2024, $135 from 12/1/2024 to 12/31/2024, $150 starting 1/1/2025, ending two months before each event, full price ($165) applies two months before each event. A voucher will be issued upon early bird payment submission. This voucher will serve as credit toward your booth registration once applications open in January 2025. Booth registration is separate from voucher purchase, and booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If your application is not approved in January, you will receive a refund minus a $25 non-refundable application processing fee. 3. Vendor Requirements: All vendors are required to hold proper licenses, certifications, and insurance as per their state regulations. Vendors must abide by all local, state, and federal laws governing their business operations. Vendors selling food or beverages must provide proof of insurance and any necessary permits. MLMs (Multi-Level Marketing companies) are allowed to participate, but only one MLM per event will be accepted. 4. Setup and Operation Rules: All vendor booth spaces will be pre-assigned and communicated to vendors before the event. Vendors must arrive and be fully set up by the designated time. Late arrivals will forfeit their booth space, and no refunds will be provided. Vendors are required to stay for the entirety of the event. Leaving early will result in disqualification from future events. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tents, weights, and any equipment needed for their setup. Electrical outlets are not guaranteed at most locations; vendors needing electricity should plan to bring a generator. Some events may offer electricity, which will be communicated to vendors in advance. 5. Refund and Cancellation Policy: All ticket and vendor booth sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless your vendor application is denied (in which case, you will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee). Date change policy for vendors: If a vendor is unable to attend their selected event, they may pay a $75 date change fee to move their registration to another event within the same calendar year. Requests for date changes must be submitted in writing to support@shopblackfest.com. 6. Code of Conduct: Shop Black Fest is a family-friendly event. All participants, vendors, staff, and attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund. Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential legal action. 7. Health and Safety: All participants must comply with local health and safety guidelines, including any COVID-19-related regulations in place at the time of the event. Vendors serving food must adhere to health department guidelines and ensure their food handling practices meet required standards. 8. Liability: Shop Black Fest and its organizers are not liable for any damages, loss, or theft of vendor property, equipment, or merchandise during the event. All vendors and participants agree to hold Shop Black Fest harmless for any injuries or accidents that occur at the event, whether to themselves or their staff. 9. Media and Photography: By attending Shop Black Fest, you grant the event organizers permission to capture photos and videos of the event, including images of attendees and vendors, for marketing and promotional purposes. Vendors may use photographs taken at the event to promote their own businesses, but may not use Shop Black Fest branding without permission. 10. Amendments: Shop Black Fest reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes that may affect their participation. By purchasing a ticket, applying for a vendor booth, or attending the event, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above.
