PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
Booth Fees:
$25 non-refundable application fee for all applicants, due at the time of application. Please note that your application will viewed in the order it was submitted.
Food/Craft Artisans (this includes natural homemade, arts and crafts, resellers, food artisans) We are FULL in these categories: JEWELRY, HOME DECOR, CRAFTS, 3D PRINTING, CERAMICS, SOURDOUGH, HONEY, FREEZE DRIEDS, CROCHET.
IMPORTANT: Choose your dates carefully, and record them on your calendar. ALL VENDORS (except pre-paid full-season vendors) must prepay no later than the 1st day of each month to be added to the schedule and map for the requested dates that month. Late fee is $25.00. Cancellation/Change/No-Show fee will be $25 and must be paid before any future attendance is allowed. Setup:
Good4Life Markets does not provide canopies, tables or chairs. Canopy weights of at least 25 pounds PER LEG will be required for all canopies. Setup begins anytime after 3pm on marketplace days.
Lighting:
It is highly recommended that vendors supply lighting within their booth space for safety and higher sales!
Electricity provided on a very limited basis. Please comment below if electricity is needed to sell your product.
Quiet generators are allowed. Water:
There is no water source at this park, aside from the restrooms. Please be prepared with your own water for any other needs. IMPORTANT: All vendors (with the exception of farmers that sell only freshly grown produce/plants grown by them) are required to collect sales tax from their customers and remit the sales tax to the Utah State Tax Commission. You will receive a temporary sales tax license number, special event sales tax return form, tax amount chart, and a pre-paid envelope on your first day at the Saratoga Spring Farmers Market information booth. Vendors are responsible for collecting sales tax and sending it to the Utah State Tax Commission by the due date. For questions, please call the Utah State Tax Commission, Special Events Unit at (801) 297-6303. After Submitting Appliction:Once submitted, your application will be reviewed in the order it was received. If you don't see an email from Good4LifeMarkets@gmail.com by April 6th, 2024, check your spam folder and then call/text Denise (801) 413-8973, the Market Director. When accepted, you will also receive more detailed information for the market, ie; booth setup, payments, setup/teardown instruction, market policies upon acceptance to the Saratoga Springs Farmers Market.
