Vendor Responsibility Vendors must provide their own fixtures. Electricity is not provided and generators will not be permitted. Vendors are required to have their own 10'x10' canopy tent. Media Disclosure Event participants consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by the Downtown San Leandro Community Benefit District and its partners, affiliates and representatives. Cancellations Vendor cancellations must be submitted to julia@downtownsanleandro.com no later than 5 days before the event. Absence from the event without notice will result in the forfeiture of the vendor’s payment. If the event is canceled, all vendor payments will be refunded under the terms and conditions of the payment method provided. Permit Requirements California state law requires that all vendors have a valid state seller's permit, including any applicable business licenses and liability insurance. Vendors are responsible for any business or personal insurance necessary to cover their liability. Vendors also waive all responsibility and liability from the Downtown San Leandro Community Benefit District and its partners. Liability The Downtown San Leandro Community Benefit District and its partners are not responsible for any damage or loss to participant property. In attending this event, the vendor waives any claims against the Downtown San Leandro Community Benefit District and its partners in the event of loss, damage, liability, or injury.
