All Concessionaires MUST provide a full-scale, typed menu including prices, with their signed signature, of what they plan to serve. Attach the menu to the contract; contracts will not be accepted without a copy of this signed menu. Menus must include everything from main serving items, down to the type of snacks (i.e. candy, chips, and drinks.)
Menus will be enforced daily and any concessionaire selling a product(s) that is not listed on their menu will be asked to remove the product(s) or, if necessary, be asked to leave the Fair. If the Board of Directors asks a vendor to leave because of a violation of the menu, no refund will be given.
When choosing a tent space, please be aware the first dimensional number is the FRONTAGE and the second is the DEPTH.
If Additional electric is needed, please indicate that in the application and that will be billed on a separate invoice.
