About the event
Submit an application for the Block Party Trailer (BPT) a minimum of two weeks before your event. If your event requires street closures, you will need to apply for a special events permit instead. Special events permits must be submitted 60 days in advance of your event!
The trailer is full of the "stuff" you need. Here's what's in it:

Pickup and Drop-off
If you have requested the BPT, we will schedule a drop-off time with an adult over the age of 18. Usually, the trailer will be dropped off on a Thursday afternoon and will be retrieved on the following Monday. Do you want to have a block party on a Thursday? No problem! We can work together and accommodate your request. If you need street closures, we will work with the police and fire departments for approval.
