Nonprofits willing to agree to:

No building occupancy/rental

Outdoor event only

No overnight camping

Electric costs will be covered by renting organization (and they can elect to pass that on to the appropriate person, like the food vendors) charged at $137/vendor

The renter manages any onsite vendors

Renter responsible for outdoor trash cans and trash can cleanup/removal to appropriate dumpsters
-
$150 refundable security deposit
