They need 1 savory truck who can fill orders very quickly. * There will be 2 large waves of service: 10:30-11:15 (1,000-1,200 people in attendance) and a second one from 12:15 to 1:15 (1,400-1,500 people in attendance). History has shown about 100+ orders, but the faster you serve the more orders you'll likely get as some people may shy away from long lines. * You will need to arrive by 8:30AM so you aren't congesting the traffic for the 2 services.
