Chelan Pride Presents: Queertopia Drag Show Date: June 14, 2025 Location: The Historic Ruby Theatre, 135 E. Woodin Ave., Chelan, WA 98831 1. General • By purchasing a ticket to the Queertopia Drag Show Extravaganza (“Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. • The Event is organized by Chelan Pride as part of our fundraiser to support year-round community initiatives. 2. Ticket Purchase & Admission • Ticket Price: Each ticket is priced at $50 and is non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise. • Age Requirement: This event is strictly for attendees aged 18 and older. • Valid ID Requirement: All attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the door for age verification. Entry will be denied without valid ID. • Alcohol Purchase: Alcoholic beverages are available only for guests 21 and over; a valid ID confirming this age is required at the time of purchase. 3. Event Modifications & Cancellations • Right to Reschedule: Chelan Pride reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the Event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, weather conditions, or venue limitations). • Notification: Ticket holders will be notified via the email address provided during registration about any changes. • Refunds: If the Event is canceled by the Organizer, refunds or credits will be issued. No refunds will be provided for any other reason. 4. Conduct & Behavior • Attendees are expected to behave courteously and respectfully. • Any disruptive, unsafe, or offensive behavior may result in removal from the Event without a refund. • The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual deemed a threat to the well-being of others. 5. Photography & Media • The Event may be photographed or video-recorded by professional media representatives. • By attending, you grant permission to Chelan Pride and its designated media partners to use your image or recordings for promotional or archival purposes without compensation. • Attendees are welcome to take personal photos, provided it does not disturb the enjoyment or privacy of others. 6. Food & Beverage • Refreshments: Enjoy Café Columbia’s charcuterie cups along with a selection of local wines, crisp ciders, and non-alcoholic beverages. • Alcohol: Alcohol is available only for patrons 21 and over, and proper identification is required. All food and beverage offerings are subject to availability. 7. Health & Safety • All attendees must comply with current health and safety guidelines as mandated by local authorities and the venue. • Chelan Pride will not be held liable for any health issues or injuries sustained during the Event. 8. Liability & Indemnification • Attendees participate at their own risk. Chelan Pride, its affiliates, and the Event venue are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. • By attending, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Chelan Pride and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your attendance. 9. Age Restrictions & Ticket Sales - Tickets will be available for 18+ attendees, with alcohol sales restricted to those 21 and over. - All attendees must present a valid government-issued ID upon entry to verify age. 2. Entry & ID Check Procedures - A dedicated ID verification station will be set up at the entrance. - Security personnel will check all IDs before admission. - Holographic wristbands will be issued to attendees 21+ for alcohol eligibility. - Attendees under 21 will not receive a wristband, ensuring clear differentiation. 3. Alcohol Service & Drink Ticket System - Alcohol vendors will only serve guests wearing holographic wristbands. - Drink tickets will be available for $5 each and must be redeemed at the bar for alcoholic beverages. - Bar staff will verify wristbands before accepting tickets to ensure compliance. - Drink tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to maintain responsible alcohol service. 4. Venue Guidelines & Enforcement - Security personnel will patrol alcohol-serving areas to prevent violations. - Last call for alcohol will be 30 minutes before the show ends. - Any attempt to bypass wristband regulations may result in removal from the event without refund. 5. Liability & Legal Considerations - Chelan Pride and the venue assume no liability for improper alcohol consumption or related incidents. - Attendees are responsible for following Washington state liquor laws.
