The venue is temperature controlled, and the volunteers should dress business casually. Ideally name tags with the volunteer’s name and pronouns will be provided so that everyone can easily be identified. Light moving may be involved, though sponsors and exhibitors will be primarily responsible for getting their booth materials from their car to the back entrance of the McNichols building. At the end of the event, the volunteers may need to help the sponsors/exhibitors move their materials out. Hopefully most things will be completed around 2 p.m., though I have included extra time just in case it takes a bit longer to get everyone out. Breakdown is not required by us.
