Pride In The Park 2025

Pride In The Park 2025 hosted by Pride Beaverton is an inclusive family friendly safe-space community wide celebration. We invite NPO's to share resources, education, and information for the LGBTQIA+ community and Allies. We will have a discounted rate for those NPOs that exclusively serve the LGBTQIA+ Community. 

The Pride In The Park Vendor Market is a LGBTQIA+ safe space and family-friendly free open-to-the-public event. It takes place at Beaverton City Park and adjacent lot (Saturday Farmer's Market Location) and streets (Hall Blvd, Washington St, 3rd Street) on June 29, 2025 set up for Vendors is 7 am - 9am. All vendors are required to have their booths occupied for the duration of the event 11 am - 5 pm.  We encourage LGBTQIA+ owned and operated businesses and organizations as well as allies to participate as vendors for profit, non-profit organizations, food vendors, and entertainment. In order to ensure vendor variety as well as alignment with Pride Beaverton's mission, vendors are required to fill out application completely. Vendors will be asked questions regarding product, media presence, and website. We are always striving to improve our process in both equity and accessibility. We anticipate 10% of our applications being denied do to capacity limitations or product duplication.

Food Vendors Grab & Go Non Food Truck are those who do NOT require on site prep. This would be pre-packaged or single item no variations. You are required to have a county food handler's permit. Pride In The Park is fueled by our dedicated volunteers! Are you an LGBTQIA+ Ally or do you identify LGBTQIA+ we NEED YOU! We rely on our volunteers for set-up (beginning at 6:00am, take-down (after 5:00pm) and everything in between. All volunteers will be given a T-shirt to be worn the day of the event as well as a name badge that will be given at volunteer check-in. Our event has experienced rainy days as well as record high temps so plan to volunteer rain or shine! We ask that you upload a picture of yourself so we can readily identify you the day of event. We have opportunities in the following departments: General Event Volunteer Bar, Brew & Vine Token Sales Volunteer Vendor Market Volunteer Food Pavilion Volunteer Information & First Aid Booth Volunteer (you are not required to give first aid) Our past volunteers have reported that having a friend or co-worker sign-up and work alongside them makes the event even more meaningful! We will be providing food and beverage for all of our volunteers.

Pride In The Park Parade is a community wide event that allows participants to show their support and flair! This year we will have awards for the "floats". Be as creative as you like! This year's theme is "Our Love Is Louder!"

 

The route is TBD and all approved parade participants will receive information and vital day of information no later than April 1, 2025.

 

Pride Beaverton is growing and so is our annual Pride In The Park community wide event. This year we hope to raise enough funds to not only host an amazing all day family friendly event full of entertainment, food, vendors and time to connect and engage! In addition we hope to grow our outreach through regular events that connect, education and support the LGBQTIA+ community and allies!
