Look no further than Chamblee's inaugural PRIDE Parade T-Shirt Design Contest! Each year, the City of Chamblee marches in the annual Atlanta Pride Parade with other cities, businesses, and organizations. The Atlanta Pride Parade is scheduled for October 13, 2024, in Downtown Atlanta. Register now to design Chamblee's unique t-shirts to be worn during the parade! ART IS DUE BY JULY 26!! Designs MUST include and abide by the following: - Artwork MUST remain family-friendly - NO political statements or endorsements, controversial or divisive slogans, and violent or graphic content ALL designs must be submitted to the Cultural Affairs Program Coordinator (jduarte@chambleega.gov) for review. Designs will be narrowed down by staff and a community survey will decide the winner. Finalist will be contacted by staff prior to the release of the survey. FAQ: How can I register to march in the parade? An invitation via our City of Chamblee social media pages will be posted closer to the parade date with a sign-up link. What color will the shirt be? The color of the shirt will be BLACK. Please plan your design accordingly so that your artwork is not obstructed by the base color of the shirt. In what format should I submit my artwork? Staff will ONLY accept designs in the following format: VECTOR, EPS, or AI file. Is there a resolution requirement? 300 dpi (dots per inch) is the required resolution for printing. We will not accept any files under 300 dpi.
