This application is for all kid performers that are 12 and under. Please fill out this application to be considered as a potential semi-finalist. If chosen to be a semi-finalist the performer/band will perform live in front of our judges on Saturday August 23 at the 2nd annual Peachtree Corners has Talent event. Live performances will be on the Main Stage at the Town Green between 4pm and 8pm. All applicants will be notified by August 1st on if they will be a semi-finalist. Please be sure to read over all the terms and conditions before applying.

Teen Performer (13-18)
