All food vendors must be licensed by Arapahoe County and have the appropriate City of Aurora Tax License.
BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION PLEASE GATHER THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS-
Food Trucks and Trailers-
-Arapahoe County Mobile Food Vendor License
-City of Aurora Mobile Food Vendor Tax License
-Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Aurora as additionally insured (see below for COI requirements)
-Proof of Workers Comp Insurance or Workers Comp Waiver (see below for more information)
Tented food booths that do not have a mobile food vendor license-
-Arapahoe County Special Event Food Vendor License
-City of Aurora Business license (commissary kitchen, bakery, snack vendor etc).
-Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Aurora as additionally insured (see below for COI requirements)
-Proof of Workers Comp Insurance or Workers Comp Waiver (see below for more information)
