The Owensboro Convention Center is located at 501 West 2nd Street in Owensboro, Kentucky, and has 174 regular parking spaces and 9 ADA parking spaces available. Parking is free for majority of events, but may be charged during certain special events. The Downtown Owensboro Parking Garage is located across the street just east of the venue with more than 400 available spaces.

This ticket is for entry into the "Novice" class meaning the contestant is brand new to cosplay, has never entered a competition before, and has less than 2 awards for craftsmanship or skits from a nationally recognized contest. Contestants could be asked to bump up if their skill level is higher than a beginner's.
