Parking will occur at Winchendon Community Park
86 Ingleside Rd, Winchendon
Please park in the parking lot on site. If the parking lot is full overflow parking can use the soccer field. If you require handicap drop-off please drive past the parking lot and up-to the cul-de-sac to drop off at the platform.
No parking will be allowed along Maple Street.
Health & safety
To ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all, the following health and safety guidelines will be in place during the event:
General Safety
• Please follow all posted signage and verbal instructions from event staff or volunteers.
• In the event of an emergency, notify the nearest staff member or call 911 immediately.
• First Aid assistance will be available at the designated Event Safety Tent or through roaming staff.
Crowd Management & Movement
• Walkways, exits, and emergency routes must remain clear at all times.
• Attendees are asked to be mindful of others, avoid crowding, and respect personal space, especially in lines or high-traffic areas.
Weather Preparedness
• This is a rain-or-shine event. Attendees and vendors should come prepared for a variety of weather conditions.
• In the case of severe weather, event organizers will make announcements via the PA system.
Alcohol Safety
• Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas.
• No outside alcohol is permitted.
• Staff and vendors reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated or underage.
Sanitation & Cleanliness
• Restrooms and handwashing/sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue.
• Attendees are encouraged to do their part in keeping the grounds clean and family-friendly.
Lost & Found / Missing Persons
• A Lost & Found station will be located near the main entrance or Event Info Booth.
• Lost children or separated groups should report immediately to a staff member or volunteer for assistance.

As a ticket taker, you will be stationed at the entrance to check and collect tickets from attendees starting at 3:00 PM. Your responsibilities may include:
• Greeting attendees with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Scanning or visually checking both printed and digital tickets
• Issuing wristbands (if applicable)
• Directing guests to seating areas or event locations
• Answering basic event questions (you’ll be provided with an info sheet)
• Monitoring the entry area to help maintain a smooth flow of foot traffic
Expectations:
• Arrive promptly and be ready by 2:45 PM for any last-minute instructions
• Be comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
Wear your volunteer badge/shirt if provided, to identify yourself as event staff

As a General Event Help volunteer, you will play a key role in supporting a fun, safe, and organized experience for all attendees. Tasks may include:
• Greeting guests and offering directions or assistance
• Handing out flyers, brochures, or event materials
• Taking or scanning tickets at entry points
• Monitoring entry/exit areas and reporting any safety concerns
• Assisting with setup or breakdown as needed
• Being a visible, friendly presence throughout the event
Requirements:
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods
Friendly, approachable, and able to work well with others

As a Setup & Breakdown volunteer, you will assist with preparing and wrapping up the event space. This is a hands-on role that includes moving equipment and organizing materials before and after the event.
Responsibilities May Include:
• Setting up tables, chairs, tents, signage, and decorations
• Assisting with unloading and loading supplies
• Helping position and test sound or lighting equipment (under supervision)
• Assisting vendors or performers with their setup needs
• Cleaning up and packing items post-event
• Taking down tents and equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements:
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs is helpful but not required for all tasks
• Comfortable working indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
• Arrive early (or stay late) depending on your shift assignment
Note:
Volunteers should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Gloves and safety gear will be provided as needed.

Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket holders must check in at the gate before entering the amphitheater where a wristband will be issued and must be worn throughout the event as proof of ticket purchase.
2. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission electronically or via paper printout.
3. Tickets and processing fees are non-refundable.
4. The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time we accept your ticket order. Ticket price does not include any credit card convenience fees or delivery fees.
5. Tickets cannot be exchanged or rescheduled.
6. Tickets are not to be duplicated to falsify entry.
7. The Town of Winchendon reserves the right to refuse entry.
8. This ticket has been created and managed using the Eventeny site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of Eventeny.
9. As the Town of Winchendon is hosting this event, the Parks & Recreation Department is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets pending Eventeny. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact the Winchendon Parks & Recreation Department at 978-297-3155 or email Shaina Cunningham at scunningham@winchendon-ma.gov.
10. Proof of age will be required for any person who purchases or consumes alcohol. No person shall share purchases of alcohol with a minor.
11. Any person(s) who is noisy, drunk, threatening, or unruly, or who enters the stage or backstage area, will be asked to leave the premises. No refunds will be issued for dismissal.
12. Dogs are permitted only if they are on a leash (non-retractable) and are not a nuisance to others by barking, entering other attendees' space, etc. Owners must immediately clean up after their pets. Failure to control your pet will result in removal from the event with no refund.
13. The Town of Winchendon reserves all rights to film, photograph, and record video of this event. If a performer requests that no photos or video be taken, please honor their request. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
14. In the event that we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., act of God, war, riot, terrorism, fire, flood, theft, pandemic, regulations, etc.), the Town will not be liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms and Conditions. A full refund will be issued upon written request for unused tickets within one month of the event. No refunds will be given after that period. Unused tickets may be applied to another concert within one calendar year (ticket holder must pay any price difference).
15. All concert tickets are void after twelve months from the date of the event. Voided tickets are non-refundable.
16. It is the ticket purchaser’s responsibility to confirm whether an event has been canceled or rescheduled. While we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of order, we do not guarantee notification. Please visit the Winchendon Community Park Facebook page for updates.
17. The Town of Winchendon reserves the right to make changes to the published event program when necessary.
18. Ticket holders must follow all relevant laws, safety protocols, and Town of Winchendon regulations during the event.
19. The Town of Winchendon, including its staff, volunteers, performers, and production crew, is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
