If your application is approved, you will be sent a confirmation email with payment instructions. Payment is due 10 days from approval or your space will be forfeited. We accept Zelle or money orders ONLY. There will be NO REFUNDS after completed application is approved and payment is accepted. By submitting this form and if accepted, I agree: 1. To accept liability for any damage caused by the operation of my booth, including the sale of all products or services occurring at such booth; and, I expressly relieve ONE Musicfest and it’s owners and partners of any liability that it may have by reason of operation of my booth. 2. To comply with all the representations of this application and with all of the conditions and deadlines set forth within. 3. To use my best efforts to present a high quality product and to cooperate with ONE Musicfest in all of it’s request to ensure the best possibly festival experience for all involved. 4. I understand that all promotion of my items must take place within the confines of my booth. I further understand that ONE Musicfest and all their representatives are not responsible or liable for damages including but not limited to, loss suffered before, during, or after the event as a result of the display of my work, equipment, or material. 5. I understand that there are no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather. ONE Musicfest reserves the right to refuse booth space based on event guidelines. If these guidelines are not upheld, my booth will be closed immediately and my funds will not be refunded. 6. I understand that my booth must be open and fully operational on both Saturday and Sunday during the festival hours.
