Main Street in Historic Old Town Warrenton transforms with arts, music, crafters, strolling entertainment and festival food during the 44th Annual Old Town Warrenton Fall Festival, on Saturday, September 23rd from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Named one of the Top 20 Events in the Southeastern United States, this event is a perfect family day, offering something for everyone.
On Fall Festival Day, this rural county seat opens its streets to a wide variety of artisans and crafters exhibiting and selling handmade jewelry, fine arts, candles, tee shirts, wood furniture and stained glass goods from tents set up on Main Street. In addition, Festival visitors will find a variety of vendors showcasing their services and community causes as well as numerous food offerings from shaved iced to BBQ providing for a full day of fun, shopping, food and entertainment for all!
Rain or shine, the event draws approximately 20,000-25,000 people.

• Each vendor will receive a vendor pass
noting booth assignment and
designated parking location.
• Do not forget to bring this with you
since you will not be allowed to set up
your space without it.
• Please hang it from your rear view
mirror so that the booth number is
facing forward.
• Please pay attention to the color
(either neon green or neon magenta)
on your pass and follow all directions
as noted with the same color.
• Pay attention to the enclosed map and
follow the directions based on your
color to your booth assignment. DO
NOT USE WAZE OR ANY OTHER
TRAFFIC APP.
• Vendors will be permitted on main
street at 7:00am to set up. There will
be traffic controls in place to ensure a
smooth and safe set up period. Cars
will be allowed on Main Street to
unload and must be moved
immediately to their assigned parking
lot. Vendors then return and finish
setting up.
• Parking will be critical. Vendors MUST
park in the assigned location as noted
on your vendor pass.
• Cars must be removed from Main
Street by 8:30 AM
• Food vendors are required to display a
temporary food permit and a
complete listing of their prices.
• Due to the crowds and Health
Department regulations, pets are not
allowed (working and service dogs
excluded)
• Should problems arise or should you
need additional information, please
call the Fauquier County Chamber of
Commerce at 540-347-4414 before
the event or 540-422-5716 during the
event.
• Remember you must provide your own
tables, chairs, tents, etc. as needed.
• Festival held rain or shine – no refunds
for any reason
• No generators will be allowed unless
previously approved by the chamber
of commerce staff.
• Despite all the planning, we know that
all things might not go as expected
and we ask for your patience and
understanding particularly with the
volunteers as they are just that and
only doing this as a show of support
for the community and this event.
