



This is the Oktoberfest vendor Application for Artists and crafters of handmade items. Applying does not guarantee space. All applications will be reviewed and juried. This is the application only. If approved, you will be invited to purchase your booth location.You will need to enter a card on file with your application, and again to purchase your booth location. You will be notified of your application status and approved vendors will be invited to purchase their booth locations. You will choose your vendor location after approval. Absolutely Avalon will be held outside in Downtown Avalon Park Orlando and is rain or shine. Power is only available in select areas, if you require power, you must choose a booth location that has power included. Vendor booths are 10x10 and are the location only, you will need to bring your own tables, tent, and chairs. Once your vendor application is approved you will be invited to select your vendor booth from the following booth selections: Green - Premium Booth w/ Electric ($125)Yellow - Standard Booth w/ Electric ($105)Red - Premium Booth ($75) – No PowerPurple – Standard Booth ($55) – No Power Premium vendor spaces are located in higher-traffic areas of the event and/or near entertainment. Vendors in the Teen Zone should align with the energetic and dynamic vibe of this area. When applying, please ensure that your booth or offerings are a good fit for this lively space. Approved vendors will be required to select a booth within the Teen Zone.
