Conduct: •All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. •Any behavior that disrupts the event or endangers others will not be tolerated. 4. Safety and Security: •Attendees must adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols as directed by event staff. •Independence Park Apartments reserves the right to deny entry to or remove any individuals who fail to follow safety and security measures. 5. Personal Property: Independence Park Apartments is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the event. 6. Health and Wellness: •Attendees should be mindful of health guidelines, including any relevant COVID-19 precautions or other health protocols in place. 7. Liability: •By attending the event, attendees acknowledge that they participate at their own risk and release Independence Park Apartments from any liability for personal injury or property damage. 8.
