Each Night Market features 5-6 trucks (2-3 entrée trucks, 1-2 beverage trucks and 1-2 dessert trucks), a gift market of 12-15 vendors, live music and a brew truck — all set in the newly renovated waterfront park and playground on Lake Carroll.
Card payment information will be entered during application process. Your card will NOT be charged until you are accepted.
Vendor fees are non-refundable. This includes vendor dropouts.
Accepted vendors will need to complete a food truck application for the City of Carrollton. The $150 permit fee will be waived.
There are three Night Market dates: June 13, July 11, August 8
Event time: 6pm – 9pm
Setup Time: 3pm – 5pm day-of event
Please make sure you can attend the dates you are available. Participants who back out of the event after they are accepted may not be invited back to future events. Fee to participate is $50.
You will only be assigned to one date.
Entry Requirements and Guidelines:
- Market vendors are allocated one 10'x10' space
- Must provide own tables and chairs
- Must provide a black or white 10'x10' tent. No double-sized booths are available at this time.
- No access to electricity. Vendor must light tent with battery operated lights.
Booth fees are non-refundable. This includes vendor dropouts.
We reserve the right to deny or limit vendors at our discretion. Vendors will be accepted on a rolling basis based on quality and variety of product shown in submitted photos.
