This is the Night Market vendor application for May 3rd, 2025. Applying does not guarantee space. All applications will be reviewed, and preference will be given to vendors with nerdy items that go along with the theme of the event. NO FOOD TRUCKS will be approved for this event, as we are encouraging people to eat at the local restaurants. Baked goods and other homemade items will be allowed. This is the application only. If approved, you will receive your booth location. The Night Market will be held outside in Downtown Avalon Park Orlando and is rain or shine. Power is only available with a select number of vendor spaces. Vendor booths are 10x10 and are the location only, you will need to bring your tables, tent, and chairs.
