NC 4th of July Arts & Crafts Market – Vendor Registration

Join us for the NC 4th of July Arts & Crafts Market, where talented artisans and crafters showcase their unique creations! This year, vendors will be located on Bay St. between Atlantic and Davis Streets.

Important Information:

• Due to the location, no electricity will be available to Arts & Crafts vendors.
• Spaces are limited, so be sure to register early to secure your spot!
• Vendor setup takes place on the 1st, with event days running from 11 AM to 7 PM on the 2nd and 3rd. On the 4th, we’ll kick off at 12 PM—right after the parade—and keep the festivities going until 9 PM.
• On the 4th, vendors can begin exiting at 11 PM following the fireworks and the initial flow of departing traffic.

NC 4th of July Festival Music Application

Thank you for your interest in performing at the NC 4th of July Festival in Southport, NC! This historic celebration draws approximately 60,000 attendees each year, offering musicians an incredible opportunity to showcase their talents in front of a large and diverse audience.

We welcome a variety of musical acts that align with the festival’s family-friendly atmosphere, creating an engaging and entertaining experience for all ages. Performances take place on festival stages, providing professional sound and production support.

Application Details:

• All applications must be fully completed to be considered.
• Applicants can expect to be offered payment in the amount of $1,200,
• Supporting materials (such as music samples and press kits) must accurately represent the act.
• The festival committee will review all submissions, and acceptance is at their sole discretion.
• Join us in celebrating Independence Day with great music, a lively crowd, and a vibrant festival atmosphere!

NC 4th of July Festival Parade Application

Join us for the NC 4th of July Parade, a highlight of the festival! We invite community groups, businesses, schools, marching bands, and individuals to participate and help make this year’s parade unforgettable.

• The parade will travel through Southport, featuring floats, performers, and community displays.
• All participants are encouraged to showcase their patriotism with creative decorations and costumes!
• Space is limited, so please submit your application early to secure your spot in the parade lineup.
