Music is Art Festival 2025

Apply for consideration to be a displaying visual artist at the 2025 Music is Art Festival. This is a juried category and we only have so many spots to give out. Should you not be chosen as an artist for the event, you will be given the opportunity to reapply as a vendor. 

Vendors are required to pay a $350 fee and certain restrictions apply. 

Please fill out this form to be considered to participate as a Food Truck at the 2025 Music is Art Festival. Typical attendance throughout the day ranges between 20,000 - 30,000 people. 

Thank you for volunteering to help at the Music is Art Festival 2025! It takes a small army to pull this off for our community each and every year and we couldn't do it without you!

If you are chosen to play at the festival, Music is Art will provide a list of supplied backline for each stage so you may plan accordingly. More details will also be provided to you on parking, arrival times, set length, etc. pending acceptance.

Submissions are now open for the 23rd Annual Music is Art Festival!
All dance groups wishing to be considered for a performance slot must complete this submission form.  Music is Art will supply a changing area for performers, a performance area, and a sound system. Performers are responsible for the security of their individual props, costumes, etc. Performers leaving materials in the changing area do so at their risk.

We are now accepting Kids Village submissions for the 23rd Annual Music is Art festival being held September 20th, 2025 at Buffalo's Outer Harbor! The Kids Village will be open from 11am to approximately 6pm.

 

We are looking for organizations to do interactive activities or a 15-30 minute on-stage performance. Please be sure to indicate which you are interested in.
