About the event
Join us for the 5th annual Monroe Blooms Flower Festival! Beautiful floral displays will be on display throughout downtown. Our streets will be lined with artisan vendors, flower and plant sales, planting workshops, demonstrations and more. This application is for the floral design competition.

Terms & Conditions
This is the Floral Design Competition portion of the event. You are able to design a piece according to your level of expertise. It can be an Interpretive Design piece or an intermediate design piece. The entry fee is $25.00. Entries will be judged and awarded $100 Downtown Dollars to use in Downtown Monroe, GA.
