By completing the application to The Creative Arts Guild’s Mistletoe Market the exhibitor agrees to hold the Creative Arts Guild, its Board of Directors, Staff, and Volunteers harmless for any losses, expenses, demands or damage to my artwork or other personal property, or injury regardless of cause. I agree that each item displayed will be my unique and original artwork, and to abide by all the rules and regulations set. I agree to allow images of my work and likeness to be used in event-related publicity and/or materials. We suggest artists carry their own insurance. Extreme care will be taken with artwork. Submitting images and entry form to the Guild constitutes an agreement with these terms and conditions. Accepted entries must remain on display until the end of the exhibition. The Guild reserves the right to reproduce accepted entries and the right to reject artwork not accurately represented by submitted images or information. Artist signature constitutes agreement with these terms.
