Please be advised that upon approval of your application, payment will be automatically processed. It is essential to ensure that your payment information is accurate, as any issues with payment may impact the status of your application. All food vendors using a propane tank must have a valid permit issued by the Santa Rosa Fire Department. In the event of heavy rain, the festival will be postponed to a later date. Updates on the rescheduled date will be provided if necessary. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.
