Located at 222 Davis Street in San Leandro, this community event invites visitors of all ages.

San Leandro & West Coast Makers invites local makers, crafters, artists, and small handmade businesses to apply to be a part of this event. A limited number of booths for non-profit organizations with a focus on art and arts education will also be available at a discounted cost. Once accepted, a $75 payment is required to reserve your spot.

Bay Area food and drink vendors are invited to be a part of this event. This includes food trucks and 10x10 food stalls.  Fees
  • $150 per food stall and / or food truck.
Permits
  • If you sell prepackaged food like jams, dessert, etc., you can apply as an Artisan Vendor.
  • All food and drink vendors will need a Temporary Food Facilitating (TFF) Permit from Alameda County which can be found using the link below. 
  • Please note, we DO NOT process TFF’s; this is through the county and this form simply shares where resources can be found.
  • If you are planning to use an open flame, you will need to submit an Alameda County Fire Department FIRE CODE REGULATED ACTIVITY/USE APPLICATION and PERMIT. 
  • All food and drink vendors are required to have their Alameda County Temporary Food Facility Permit or equivalent to participate.
