This application is for arts and crafts vendors.
2025 Mayfest Vendor Fees:
$150 per 10’x10’ booth
$185 per 10’x10’ booth on Adamson Square
All applications will be reviewed and must meet event criteria to participate. We reserve the right to deny or limit vendors at our discretion.
If accepted, you will be prompted to purchase booth location online with credit or debit card. No check or cash payments will be accepted.
Booth fees are non-refundable. This includes vendor dropouts.
If accepted, you will be able to select and pay for your booth location on a first-come first-served basis. Vendors will be accepted on a rolling basis based on quality and variety of product shown in submitted photos .
This application is for food truck vendors.
2025 Mayfest Vendor Fees:
$250 food truck (30’ max length)
All applications will be reviewed and must meet event criteria to participate. We reserve the right to deny or limit vendors at our discretion. Due to load-in logistics, preference will be given to food trucks over food trailers.
Card payment information will be entered during application process. Your card will NOT be charged unless and until you are accepted. No check or cash payments will be accepted.
Vendor fees are non-refundable. This includes vendor dropouts.
Accepted vendors will need to complete a Food Truck Permit application for the City of Carrollton. The $150 permit fee will be waived.
This application is for non-profit vendors.
