The mission of the Duluth Farmers and Artisan Market is to establish a family-friendly relationship between consumers and local farmers and artisans. In 2023, the market will be scheduled from 2pm-5pm on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month from March 12th through November 26th. Applications will be approved in 3 month increments. Purchasing locally grown produce means fresh picked (usually the day before the market) nutritious, and flavorful produce for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Consumers may also learn tips about gardening and farming planning and which produce is available at the markets due to seasonal grow periods. The Duluth Farmers and Artisan Market is also a fun place to shop for other homemade items such as jams, jellies, pickles, salsa, canned vegetables, honey, cut flowers, herbs, spices, homemade candles, soaps, lotions, pottery, baskets etc. The market occasionally features dairy products, meat and seafood products. Wine and Cheese may also be purchased when available. Buying fresh and homemade is a treat for to you and for you that also supports our local farmers.
