This year The Forum is accepting exhibitor applications and managing vendor requirements on the Eventeny Platform. All steps of the process from insurance forms to logos and ads will be attached to your Eventeny online exhibitor account and managed in the MFF office by our staff.
Your application will be reviewed and your payment will be processed through this form to reserve your space. You may select payment with a credit card or an ACH payment through the secure platform.

The Maine Fishermen’s Forum Board of Directors offers a scholarship fund to benefit children or grandchildren or a legal dependent of someone actively involved in harvesting wild caught or farmed Maine seafood, or a Maine-based resource law enforcement officer regardless of financial need or academic achievement.
Please note that previous winners are not eligible.
The Maine Fishermen's Forum is accepting proposals through December 1st for educational seminars held over the three days of the Forum taking place at the Samoset Resort from February 27 - March 1, 2025.
We seek submissions on topics such as Shellfish, Wind, Health & Safety, Regulations, Fisheries Management, Marketing, Business, and the Next Generation of Fishermen, among others. Use this online application to submit your proposal.
The deadline for proposals is November 30th. Proposals will be vetted by our board of directors and all submitters will be notified of placement or rejection, by December 20, 2024.
Association Meetings at the Forum
If you wish to apply for space for an association meeting, or a to use meeting space for any reason, please use this application. Meetings will be placed on a space available basis, with priority given to educational seminars.
