Lunar New Year Celebration

Join us as we ring in the new year with a spectacular cultural event and experience the magic of the City of Rowlett's first Lunar New Year. Celebrate tradition with a vibrant lion/dragon dance, authentic cuisine, and interactive games and crafts for all ages. This is the first of an exciting new themed event series “Cultural Roulette in Rowlett” we’re unveiling in 2025 designed to bring cultures from around the globe to our community. Each event will focus on a different tradition—ranging from Lunar New Year to Hispanic Heritage—offering an immersive, family-friendly experience with interactive entertainment, delicious food/drinks, and unique attractions, all while creating new opportunities for partnerships with local organizations and businesses to get excited about bringing the community to downtown Rowlett.
