This is an indoor/outdoor festival - Food Trucks Welcome - Relish in a Festival All About the Cukest Things in Life: Pickles, Pickled Foods, Foods with Extra Pickles, and Tons of Creative Fun "Pickle-Focused" Items! This event is 2 Sessions: Afternoon and Evening! Time to be In a Pickle - We Look Forward to an Amazing/Diverse Array of Vendors!

Food Vendors - PLEASE READ:
 
1)You can sell ANY Food Item - BUT It MUST Have Extra Pickles included on top/inside -  Food Items ONLY (No Beverage Sales).
 
2) You will Only accept our Food Tickets for all your food sales (no beverage sales allowed) - NO CASH SALES OR CREDIT CARD SALES ALLOWED,
 
3)You get $1.40/food ticket - (You must have 1 item that is "Sample Size=1 ticket=$1.40 - All other items can be multiple food tickets)
 
4)You can sell your Food at 1-5 Food Tickets per dish (eg. Dish 1: 3 Tickets, Dish 2: 5 Tickets, etc.) 
 
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. 

Non-Savory Foods (Desserts, Sauces, Candy, Jerky, Popcorn, Ice Cream, etc.) includes 10x10 space - You keep 100% of the proceeds - you are responsible to pay all KYSales Tax and to bring all your own equipment and tables.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Sales of Non-Food Items (Jewelry, Apparel, Furnishings, Bath & Body, etc.) includes 10x10 space - You keep 100% of the proceeds - you are responsible to pay all KY Sales Tax and to bring all your own equipment and tables.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

KY Produced Beverages Only - "Sample and Sell" of KY State "produced" bottled products (NO COCKTAIL OR DRINKS SALES - ONLY BOTTLE SALES TO GO) Wine/Beverage Pickup Station provided by TasteUSA at no-extra charge. Vendors will be contacted separately with logistical information regarding product sales and delivery.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Commercial Vendor/Sponsorship Booth -(Energy Sales, Time-Shares, Or other "Marketing" Companies) - Includes Sampling Rights and/or Product/Service Promotion and Special Mention in a Minimum of 2 Facebook Social Media Posts and 1 Instagram Post. Additional Social Media available for a fee.

Assisting in early set-up - wear comfortable shoes and black clothing. Potentially Some lifting as heavy as a case of wine. Must be able to carry 1 case of wine at least 50 feet.
