July 26th and 27th, 2025. This beloved event attracts thousands of visitors. Since 2000, this renowned festival has captivated attendees with a vibrant fusion of creativity and community in the heart of Minneapolis' Loring Park. Ranked among the nation's top art festivals by Sunshine Artist magazine, this two-day event showcases over 160 talented visual artists offering their original works for sale. Set against the backdrop of scenic ponds and formal gardens, the festival invites visitors to immerse themselves in a rich tapestry of art, music, food, and entertainment. Overview:
We invite you to apply for the 25th annual Loring Park Art Festival, held July 26th & 27th, 2025, in beautiful Loring Park near downtown Minneapolis, MN.

Wildflowers and formal gardens make this an idyllic setting for art, music, food, and entertainment. Circling the large pond in Loring Park, the work of 150 juried fine artists and fine craftspeople is showcased. It is a beautiful urban setting with phenomenal art in every medium. The Loring Park Art Festival is Rated one of the 100 best fine art shows in Sunshine Artist Magazine and is attended by 25,000 art enthusiasts over the weekend. The Culinary market debuted in 2024 and will be enhanced in 2025

Thank you for applying as a food vendor at the Loring Park Art Festival (LPAF).

The festival will take place in scenic Loring Park in downtown Minneapolis. More than 150 artists, food vendors and culinary artists will participate with a broad spectrum of artistic mediums.Festival Hours

Saturday, July 26 • 10:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday, July 27 • 10:00am - 5:00pm

Deadlines
Deadline for application is April 1, 2025. Completing this application does not guarantee you a spot.
Approval notification on April 15, 2025.
Deadlines for contracts, proof of insurance (COIs), ST-19s and full payment received by May 1, 2025.
Upon acceptance, applicants must submit the completed application form, booth/trailer/truck photograph, ST-19, COI and short-term or seasonal food permit with $500 deposit. If sending checks, please mail those to the LPAF office in Wayzata (see address below). If you prefer to pay by credit card, please email lynne@mithunent.com and she will send you an invoice for the amount due (4% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions). Incomplete applications will not be considered for review.
