About this event
Celebrate the harvest and cooking of delicious sorghum on the second and third weekends in October in Blairsville, Ga. You can search the world over for better mountain-grown sorghum syrup, but you won't find any to compare with the syrup of the Blairsville area of Union County.
In addition to the best syrup in the country, enjoy activities such as log sawing, biscuit eating, pole climbing and rock throwing. The festival includes a craft show featuring handywork and wares, and lots of great music!
