Bostwick is located just a few miles outside of historic Madison and is home to the remake of the movie Footloose as well as The Annual Bostwick Cotton Gin Festival! Don't miss this favorite event which features loads of fun for the whole family! On Saturday, November 3, the festivities will begin at 9 a.m. including a tractor and antique car parade that starts at 11 a.m. followed by a full day of cotton-ginning, festival fun! There will be booths of hand-made arts and crafts, and you will likely find your favorite edible treat at the many food vendors. Kids can play in the recently harvested cotton, and the gin will be operating all day long! You'll definitely want to make it a weekend getaway and visit the many unique shops and restaurants that have earned Madison a place on Budget Travel Magazine's list of "Most Picturesque Villages in the World!" www.VisitMadisonGa.com
