Join us for a day packed with family fun! Atlanta Indie Market is collaborating with the Atlanta Beltline Marketplace to create vending opportunities for the Kids Lantern Parade with the Atlanta Beltline Lantern Parade. We are presenting a great opportunity to get in and vend at this amazing event. The Happy Black Parent at the Pittsburgh Community Market for the Kids Lantern Parade. The Atlanta Beltline Marketplace @ Pittsburgh Yards 352 University Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30310 Vending Hours: 12 PM- 7PM The Happy Black Parent at the Pittsburgh Community Market from 12:00-7:00 p.m. to craft your own lantern at our free family lantern-making station. Then, stick around for a Kids Lantern Parade at 6:00 p.m. (with line-up at 5:45 p.m.), led by Atlanta Ol Skool Drummers. We will have activation with music, one of a kind art, DJ's spinning great tunes, handcrafted goods, jumbo sized games, face painter, and much more. This event is open to the public and everyone will enjoy shopping, free entertainment, and good vibes! This is an exceptional opportunity for vendors to showcase their goods, connect with new customers, and thrive in a dynamic setting along the Atlanta Beltline. This is an exclusive opportunity for authorized vending on the Beltline trail. Sales of any kind are prohibited on the trail outside of this event and the Marketplace. Registration is NOW OPEN! Browse through the applications and review the vendor registration process. HURRY and register now, time is limited. Application deadline is April 23rd, 2025 at midnight IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not for vending inside the Atlanta Beltline Marketplace containers. This is a separate vending opportunity between Atlanta Indie Market and Atlanta Beltline Marketplace to showcase independent vendors while highlighting the Atlanta Beltline Marketplace container activations. Parking is available on the street and the nearby. If parking on the street, please adhere to regulations. Parking options are plentiful, but vehicles are not protected or secured by Atlanta Indie Market. There is no "designated" Atlanta Indie Market parking area, but there are plenty of options nearby. Vendors will have designated "unloading" area, but must park in alternative location once vehicle is cleared.

This is the prelude to the Atlanta Beltline Lantern Parade that will be gathering at the Adair Park. 

 

Created and presented by Chantelle Rytter and the Krewe of the Grateful Gluttons, the Atlanta Beltline Lantern Parade brings together thousands of people and hundreds of lanterns for a festive evening of creativity, community, and magic.

Please only select one pricing option. Each price represents a vendor booth selection. If you choose multiple prices, you will be charged for the multiple options selected. 

 

Important notes for success:

  • All items for your booth set up must be provided by you, the vendor.
  • All work displayed in the booth must be for sale.
  • We will provide a tent, tables, or chairs, all items should be brought by the vendor.
    • If you have a branded tent/items, please submit a photo with your branded items for review. 
      • We will review the condition of your items to ensure the quality is sufficient for display at the market. 
  • Electricity, water, and additional set up items are NOT provided on site.
    • If you require power for your set up please ensure to bring an inverted generator, or alternative means to create electricity.

To ensure we have an appropriate variety of vendors represented at the market and all vendors have an ample opportunity to sell their goods, please ensure to select your category in your application below.

 

SWEET/TREAT vendor rate does not apply to HOT food!

No cooking, no open flames, no fires of any kind on-site. All food offerings must be pre-packaged, cold items, or homemade sweet treats. 

BEVERAGES are approved at this rate as well. Hot beverages such as coffee, hot chocolate, etc. are approved.

!!!THC-A/CBD/Delta-9 beverages are NOT approved. Non- alcoholic beverages only. No liquor infused beverages will be approved!!!

 

HOT FOOD is authorized on this footprint, but you must register with the HOT FOOD pricing selection. 

 

If you sell jewelry, you may apply in a category other than Jewelry if jewelry is less than 10% of your items for sale. Otherwise, you must apply in Jewelry.

 

  • Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural.
  • Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable. No machine-tooled, machine-screen printing, or other forms of mass production are accepted.
  • Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted.
  • Jewelry: Only those artists accepted in the jewelry category may display or sell jewelry. Items made from commercial parts may not be exhibited.
  • Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal. No jewelry will be accepted in this category.
  • Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece.
  • Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments.
  • Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature.
  • Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable.
  • Printmaking: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed. Prints must be in limited editions, signed, and numbered.
  • Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium.
  • Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. Reproduction prints are not allowed.
  • Wood: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.
