Vending Qualifications
• Artists and craft vendors must live and create in the Florida Keys a minimum of three months per year or own property in Monroe County, FL.
• Culinary vendors selling made-onsite or pre-packaged food or beverages may live outside the Keys but preference will always be given to providers who live in the Florida Keys.
For culinary and farmers market type products, show organizers may include items that are not physically produced by the seller but are curated by the seller and add to the quality of the show such as: Cheese, Nuts, Baked Goods, Produce and Plants.
• Artist/Crafter/Curator must be present in booth, no representatives will be allowed to sell without the Artist/Crafter/Curator onsite.
• NO single use plastic is allowed per City ordinance. This includes plastic utensils, plastic shopping bags, plastic lids, plastic beverage bottles, Styrofoam, plastic take-out containers and plastic straws to name a few. All plastics include, but are not limited to; plastic, bioplastic, corn plastic, sugar cane plastic, plant plastic, polystyrene, polymers, biopolymers, bio-derived and bio-based plastics.
•. You may only sell accepted items listed on your initial application. Any additional items must be approved by the committee in advance. This includes modifications to your designs i.e.: turning an approved item into jewelry or a design into a coaster
• Sales of certain items such as mass-produced trinkets, things made outside the Florida Keys, Direct Marketing businesses (Scentsy, Mary Kay, Avon etc.), political merchandise or drug paraphernalia will not be permitted. We allow a limited number of curated buy/sell items if they enhance the show. Items that may be considered: Something designed but not created by a FL Keys resident or something that is unique and not readily available locally. We will be verifying origin. If you have questions if your product qualifies, please ask prior to registration.
• If a vendor misrepresents the source of their work or their domicile in the Keys, they will be excluded from all future shows. Specifically, this means items that are purchased for resale and not altered in any way. You must artistically and substantially alter any pieces that you purchase for resale. Unacceptable: Buying a charm and hanging it on an earring. Acceptable: buying a canvas and painting it. Unacceptable: selling a planter, Acceptable: arranging plants that you have grown/curated in the planter
• All participants must provide proof of general liability insurance naming as additional insured:

Vendor Types Accepted…
Culinary: Chefs and Food Trucks cooking onsite to take away or eat at the event or food items prepared and packaged mainly in the Keys.
Artist/Hand Crafted: Must be handmade art or craft by the vendor. No Buy/Sell, imprinted or mass-produced items allowed. This includes T-Shirts and apparel that are not hand-sewn or hand screened by the applicant. An exception may be made for items designed locally but manufactured in another location.
Buskers : You know who you are!
Not-For-Profit Groups : Offering free children’s activities, information or sales. Organizations MUST attach a copy of 501(c) status. Limited space each show.
Information: For distributing information; no sales/fundraising permitted.
Political merchandise, electioneering or drug paraphernalia will not be accepted.
Payment must be made online one week before each show with a Credit/Debit Card or space will be allocated to a standby vendor!
The Key West Artisan Market reserves the right to limit or jury vendor participation in this event. Accepted participants will be notified by email three weeks before the show date applied for.
