With 18 years of personal training experience, I am deeply committed to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. As an NFPT and FRC certified trainer, I bring a wealth of knowledge in both functional movement and corrective exercise, empowering clients to improve their mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Currently, I work for AHF Pharmacy, where I am fortunate to collaborate with a team dedicated to providing comprehensive care to people living with HIV. My passion lies in supporting the HIV community and underserved populations, ensuring they have access to the tools and resources needed to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. I strive to use my expertise to make a positive impact, combining fitness with advocacy to uplift and empower those who need it most.
